The new academic year starts soon and anybody taking part in a contact sport really needs a mouthguard.

Mouthguards protect the teeth, the soft tissues, the jaw and the facial bones. They also offer some protection against concussion arising from a blow to the face.

We supply a range of bespoke mouthguards, ranging from the basic model up to the 5 layer PlaySafe guards used by professional boxers. 

Numerous university studies have shown that no mouthguard offers more protection than PlaySafe Professional.

But even a basic individually designed, tailor-made mouthguard is more comfortable and many, many times more protective than any you could buy over the counter. 

Prices range from £40 to £85, depending on the model and any decoration – different colours, patterns, names, flags etc. that might be required. 

The first step is to take impressions of your teeth. Basic mouthguards are made by a local lab while PlaySafes have to be sent to their specialist laboratory. Turnaround time is 1 – 2 weeks.
